My friend and I nearly completed the first Halo in one run by ourselves, but only got up to the library before having to stop.

The things that do get close is probably Medal of Honour: Allied Assault, Heavy Rain and Amnesia (if I didn't quit all the time to calm down for a while).

Half Life 2 + all its additions (the game ruled and I loved the story so played strait through all(Not all the additions at the same time ofc)
In fact I cba to go through all the games I have completed in 1 sitting, I personaly find games very easy to complete in 4-6hrs on the hardest setting. The only games I find take longer are ethier full of copy+paste content or very well made/long (in a good way such as FFX).

Ok, I bought Quantum of Solace a few days ago in the Steam Daily Sale and completed that in 3-4 hours. Others include;
