I challenged myself to complete the campaign for Halo: Combat Evolved on Normal in one sitting save for bathroom breaks and meals (if any). 14 hours later, SUCCESS!

I also completed a playthrough of Mass Effect 1 in one sitting, same rules as above. Took about 20 hours.

Halo 3 which a friend let me borrow for a single day the day after it came out. So I wouldn't to finish it

Terminator Salvation, but only because it was like 3 hours long

The first play through, never because no matter how much i love the game i feel like iv wasted money if i finnish to soon (thats what he said) so i will always take a break if i know the games short, but on the second play through iv done Half life episode 2, portal 1 &2 and COD 4 in one sitting

I almost finished Bioshock 2 in one sitting. And I went back and did Half-Life 2 in one go just to see if I could.

Edit: Oh! And the first Splinter Cell. For several years it was the only game I had... Got REALLY good at speedrunning it. Did the whole game in a few hours only killing two people.

The only one I'm sure of at the moment is Bioshock. Might've done it with Dead Space and some God of War game as well, but I've played them so many times by now that it's hard to remember.

Force Unleashed 2 and Halo 3's campaign. Afterward, I felt rather insulted. Thankfully, TFU 2 was a rental from Gamefly. Halo 3, no such luck. :-(
