Dark Souls and Civ5 really. I've played (and liked) a ton of games since but all of them were only good for only one run whereas I know Souls inside and out and I have around 2000 hours of Civ5

I'm sure I'll eventually tire of every game, but as it stands I still love replaying Metal Gear Solid 1 and Resident Evil 4 a couple times every year.

Well, I've logged on to Hearthstone everyday for the past 2 years, so i guess i can't tire of that game (tho at this point it could be Stockholm Syndrome).

The game that I have never tired of at all though is Ocarina of Time. I think I have completed it around 25 times, still haven't found everything in the game as well. I just find it fun to play after all these years.

Well, seeing as I'm pretty sure I haven't gone more than a few days without playing at least a few missions, music levels or a few challenges on "Rayman Legends" for past three or four years, that it is probably the game I never get tired of. It's the game that is played alongside and between pretty much all the games I play.

I don't think there are any. I have some game I like to replay once in a while, but I can't say that I don't get tired of them.

I'm not allowed to talk about it.
Can we know what would happen if you did tell?
That Hollywood guy with the selfie avatar might at a later point start busting my balls with sarcasm again. The rest just won't respond because they don't like the game or are tired of me talking about it. I've been told it's nothing special and that I'm the only one who ever talks about it. Strange. I never got this much negativity back in my Dark Souls 1 days, when I was fanboying over that game in every other GameTrailers thread. Guess it's better to just keep talking about the games I currently don't like and my disappointment with modern games in general.
Oh, I thought it was because it was some dirty porn game or something like that.

The Witcher 3. I just keep replaying it. I'm not tired of it at all. I just have to take a break from time to time to play a new game that I got.
Have you ever felt like changing your username/avatar, or are you really Adam Jensen? Because that could make sense, as he probably would need some escapism from his high tech, complicated existence.
Of course he can't change his avatar or username! He didn't ask for this!

I enjoy replaying all the Uncharted games from time to time in much the same way I enjoy rewatching certain films, just to experience the story again.

Generally though most games, even ones I really like are just too big and require too much of a time commitment to replay often.

No, I'm somewhat in agreement with you, but rather than thinking the game I love need "die," that love has changed. The game I'll never tire of is INSIDE. It's short and textbook linear, so in the months after its release, I played it through over a dozen times. But I soon had to accept that I'd never be able to recapture that awe I experienced the first time, so I've not played it in a long, long time.... BUT in that time off, I've watched damn near every blind playthrough of it on YouTube where I'm able to experience "the first time" through others and enjoy watching their jaws drop or watch them catch the little details I caught, etc. I also turned several of my friends onto it; they're normally too busy playing "AAA Shooter #3,422" and don't want to be bothered with "indie games," but they all loved it. I got my niece to play it; she doesn't play videogames at ALL, and she loved it. It's just so much the game I wish ALL games could be: a clever, well-crafted labor of love and attention to detail that engages my imagination and eschews archetypal categorization, something that has to be experienced to be understood, yet even then defies understanding.
Is Inside supposed to be spelt all caps then? I was not aware until now. That is a great game indeed. Love the bleak and intriguing world with the way it teases the imagination just enough in all the right ways. Wish I could see more of it, but alas...will have to wait for whatever the developer is working on next. Am glad to hear many of the people around you have enjoyed it too, that style of storytelling can be rather divisive, but I do agree seeing other people enjoy something like that for the first time is a positive feeling. Tends to be the only reason I rewatch any films, if somebody else gets to view it fresh. Was only being hyperbolic with the "die" parts of my post, was just imagining and playing with a hyperbolised form of emotion that could come from a situation. [small]it's kind of a bad habit[/small]

Wow, even games I like I get a little tired of after a while... even when I can easily get back into it later. Fallout is my favorite franchise but I can get Fallout burntout after a replay. It doesn't last long, but it turns me toward my backlog or getting a new game.

And that's the way it is with just about everything I like. I'm not sure there's such thing as a game I'll NEVER tire of. What makes a game good is that I can pick it up again some time after I tire of it.
Oh, I completely missed your post first time, otherwise I wouldn't have thought I was the only one, heh! That'll learn me for not focusing!

Edit: Still not getting reply notifications *le sighs* could be awkward.

Dragon Age Origins. It's my favourite game ever and I've finished about 17 times.
Do you have a secret to enjoying the first half of that game? Because I've played it four or five times and I really hate the character intro through to about time I get to Denerim (I go Redcliffe, Circle Tower, Brecillian Forest, Orzimar, Denerim). I especially hate the Circle Tower.

OP: Mass Effect 1, Skyrim, and Fallout: New Vegas. I've put literally a thousand hours into Skyrim and Fallout games (combined) and I still keep finding new things.

Mass Effect, however, has something more. It feels like an adventure every time I play it, even when I know exactly what's going to happen. The KotOR games have a similar feeling, but they aren't mechanically enjoyable. For all Mass Effect 1's flaws, it's definitely the strongest of the series and the most fun to replay.

Vietcong. It was never an especially good game even on release (2003? that's 15 years ago!), but I still dip into it whenever I need to think the great thoughts. I think I liked it because it represents a kind of shooter that puts meticulousness and attention to detail above the usual "excitement, show pieces and visceral experiences" of a COD or whatever game. In other-words, its a slow, uneven game with at least two levels devoted to getting lost in dark VC tunnels.

If you are playing on PC, mods.

I don't believe there is a skip origin story one but there are ones to skip Ostagar and the Fade section of the Circle Tower, that latter one especially helps with replays for me.

On topic, it's Dragon Age Origins for me as well. I've replayed it so many times that I've lost count.

Always come back to the TES/FO series as sometimes I love just tooling around in a FPRPG from time to time...

Pokemon Generation 3. There's something about it that just keeps making me come back and replay it, everything is just so good.

The original Doom & Doom II. Been playing them reliably since release. Helps that the community never gives up on it and constantly makes new maps and weird gameplay mods.

Mario: Lots of creativity, fun, varied environments and enemies and plenty of hidden things to find. I can play most of the games endlessly without getting bored.
Rayman: Same as Mario.
Mario versus Rabbids Kingdom Battle: Like the previous ones, but an even better game.
2D Zeldas like the first three, the Ocarina games and Link between Worlds: I love the 3D games, but they have too many flaws to be this. 2D Zeldas, on the other hand are simple and endless fun.
Leisure Suit Larry, Space Quest, Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max, Heart of China, Rise of the Dragon, Willy Beamish, Gateway, Quest for Glory 1 and Gabriel Knight 1: The defining adventure games, with lots of humor, great deaths and complex puzzles.
Metal Max Returns and Metal Saga: Blasting everything with tanks and it is fucking awesome.
Wing Commander: Perfect space simulations with great action, great characters and stories and music that tells you exactly what is happening without having to look at the displays.
SNES Adventures of Batman and Robin: A perfect Batman game, captures the feel of the best comics and the animated series perfectly.
Parodius and Twinbee: Completely fucking insane parodies of shooters with lots of fun and action.
Bubble Bobble, Rainbow Islands, Puzzle Bobble, Parasol Stars, etc: Wonderful and wildly varied and surreal games that are very lengthy, challenging fun.
Super Metroid and the Prime series: Fine complements to the old Zeldas, with similar mixtures of action and exploration.
Castlevania: Rondo of Blood: The perfect Castlevania, ideally balanced, endlessly fun and very atmospheric.
Little King's Story: One of the most creative, fun and subtle games ever and completely unique.
Bloodnet: An unusual, challenging and fun R.P.G. with a complex resource management system and a great mix of cyberpunk and Gothic horror.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City: The best game in the series, with a colorful world, great missions, lots of humor, classic '80s style and music and endless freedom.
Superhero League of Hoboken: An R.P.G. with the unique style and humor of Steve Meretsky and very complex character development.
Dynamite Headdy, Gunstar Heroes, Alien Soldier, Landstalker: I love the style of Treasure and the challenge in most of its games.
Mega Man: A great platformer series, very colorful and fun worthy of Mario, Rayman and Treasure's games.
Dark Forces and Jedi Outcast: Great Star Wars games that really capture the fun of the old movies.
Bionic Commando and Rearmed: Grappling over long pits is really exciting.
