Sports games. I'd rather do things in video games I can't do in real life.

No offence, but I don't think you could do what sports people do in games in real life.

Halo. Tried the first one and HATED it. I can honestly say that it is the worst FPS ever made.
I outright refuse to touch the sequels, since it was so bad that there's no way it could be fixed. Ever.
Bungie wasted their talents for years. They should have made an Oni sequel.

You're kidding right? It was a pretty bland fps, but have you ever played Shell Shock 2? That, is a horrible FPS.

Anything made by Blizzard (I'm not gonna help fuel that gigantic death train with my money. Not like they want it at all)
Anything published by Ubisoft (apparently, they're allergic to PC gamers' money)

Anything made or published by Nintendo
Anything containing Games for Windows Live.
Any Call of Duty past World at War
Any mobile/social games
Sports titles (aside from SSX series)
Dragon Age 2 (until all DLC is released and compiled into a complete edition)
Lego games
Movie-themed games
MMOFPS games (since I have to bribe my way to victory just to stand a chance)
Racing games
Any Star Wars game that isn't Republic Commando or Battlefront 2
Puzzle games (Trine is an exception)
Kinect games
Fighting games
Any JRPG that contains a story that is understandable only to the writers that penned it
Anmesia
MMO's (until Guild Wars 2 comes out)
Strategy games
Terraria (despite having it available)

..What do you play, exactly? You've almost cut out 65% of the games available in modern times with that list, dear god.

OT: Two Worlds. After the first 30 minutes, I just couldn't pass anything of that game up as "comedic" anymore. That dialogue, just.. so.. eardrum-grating.

Wiki the story, watch playthroughs on youtube, etc. There are various ways to find a story without actually playing.

this bullshit with origins EULA means its a no go, and pirating it is pointless if half my friends get the legit version

I refuse to play any of those dancing games that require you to... well, dance. I can't dance, I've got the coordination of a drunk spider in scuba flippers. The same goes for singing games, I can't sing either.

Duke. Nukem. Forever. I had a tiny feeling that game was a bit overhyped, and once it was released, the reviews came in. It sucked. Miracle of Sound made a song of how much it sucked. It got an average score of 48 on metacritic. It had shit-throwing. Boob-slapping. The graphics looked terrible. I could go on, but I've never and never will play that game.

It was unintentionally funny though. None of the so-called immature "jokes" made me laugh, but watching the shitty character animation, objects no-clipping through the floor, the horrible character models and the shitty texturing, I was literally laughing my ass off.

I couldn't play past the first level because of how terrible it was, but it was pretty damn funny when even the simplest stuff you take for granted is so messed up, like watching the doors teleport in front of me every time I went around a corner, you just have to laugh.

I don't like to spend time or money playing games for a crap ending or story all round. I like to know what I'd be getting myself into before actaully getting a game. It's rare that I get a game in it's release week since it takes a while for a good walkthrough to get posted.
