Heavenly Sword is probably the only game I've ever contemplated taking back to the shop. Just didn't like it one bit.
The last Madden game I bought. It's a total piece of shit. It's the one with Favre in a GB jersey on the cover just before he went to the Jets, I don't remember what year and don't care to look for the steaming pile to confirm.

I think so, about 400 swedish crowns. The AI was a bunch of cheating bastards that could snipe you with AK 47s from half a mile away, you couldn't see them while hiding in bushes, but they could see you and so forth. The story was nothing (literally, the island is run by a mexican, kill mexican, mexican doesn't die and escapes, chase mexican, traitor etc.) and it ends with SPOILER (not really) a fade to a black screen with the text The End. I am enjoying Bioshock myself, and the atmosphere really has sold it for me. I don't dislike the combat system either. In fact I haven't really noticed the combat system which is probably a good thing right? Every game will have it's haters, particularly if they expect too much, but this is classic IMO that I will keep the library.

Puzzle Quest 2 - I have no idea why, but I genuinely thought they'd manage to make a standard match 3 of the same colour game into something interesting. They didn't.
Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts - Banjo Kazooie was great and I thought the vehicle aspect would be less of an annoyance than it ended up being.
Blue Dragon - It looked kind of promising but the voice acting was just painful to listen to and the boss music, oh dear god the boss music.
Eternal Sonata - The reviews were fairly good but the cutscenes were just so sickly sweet and nauseating I couldn't go on.
Final Fantasy 13 - Call me a slow learner. I haven't liked the series for years but I keep hoping for a return to their former greatness.
Gears of War - People insisted it ws great and it was cheap enough. But it's just so mind-numbingly boring I had to stop playing it. :/
Kameo - Protip: Being made by Rare stopped being a good thing the instant they left Nintendo.
Resident Evil 5 - I liked the 4th one but for some reason, this one just annoyed me.
That's just the recent stuff. Going back even further, the list would probably triple in size.

Any downloadable game on the 360
Castle crashers, schizoid,Monday night combat. They all end up being on my friends to buy list until some Fps hypnotizes them for months! Communites don't seem to last long either.
