You mean Mother 3? That game that came out only in Japan? The game the Japanese refuse to give to us on the grounds of uncertain profits? The game with a huge American fan-base? Afan-base so devoted that it actually did somethoing about it and translated the game? Whose translation is now free to download on the internet?Warteen said:Earthbound, all day and all night. Yeah I'd love to see what current gen could do with that game.Annony said:Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Consipracy

I was aware Earthbound was part of a series, but my understanding was that the J-only loose sequel "Mother 3" released on the GBA wasn't the same as the fully 3D (amazing, for its time) Earthbound 64 that we were supposed to get. But not having played the game or been aware of the fan translation (obviously, to my slight embarrassment), I don't know much about it. Is it anywhere near as good as our beloved "Mother 2"?Zeromaeus said:You mean Mother 3? That game that came out only in Japan? God I wish I had that game. Oh, wait...
...
On a less cynical note, a Mother 4 would be great.
