I was sure I was the only person I knew who had or had played Wild Arms but one of my friends at uni saw it in my games collection and demanded to see the opening sequence. I love that opening sequence. Sergio Leone, very much so.
Devil Dice and the sequel Bombastic, which is much much better.
Musashi: Samurai Legend - no one knows what the hell I'm talking about. I still play it today! I'm waiting on a sequel, GODDAMMIT!
Spectral VS Generation - I LIKED IT. It was cheap and cheerful and was really only worth the eight quid I paid for it but it was eight quid, what do you expect? GTA5? No. Exactly. Definitely worth a quick punt.
Mr Domino (or NO ONE CAN STOP MR DOMINO!) - I loved this when it first came out... now I'm a little perplexed as to why it takes me six or seven goes to get past the first level again.
Granstream Saga - I coulda sat on a typewriter and written a better story but it was a charming little RPG, albeit in a slightly Yaroze kinda way (anyone remember the Yaroze?! Yaroze demos on the OPSM demo discs!!!! My God, that's taking me back...)
Bloody Roar - I don't know ANYONE that's heard of it. The first one absolutely rocked. The later ones not so much.
Also, I played Future Cop LAPD! I found it for £3.99 in Game's Pre-Owned section and I HAD TO HAVE IT. It's another hidden gem that everyone should play. I remember playing the demo level for months cos I loved it that much. I used to time myself on that one level alone and when I got the game about six years later, I totally outdid my time on that level cos I remember where everything was, where the enemies were and how to save all my ammo. How sad does that make me?
That's rhetorical, by the way. SHUSH.
