Off the top of my head: Bioshock, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Portal.
That said, you could also add a pretty sizable portion of the old 8 and 16bit games to that.

-Pokemon Ranger for the DS *easy*
-Portal, like so many others
-Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (Just with Kim in the first sitting though...)
-Halo 3, at least the first time
-SWAT 2 for PC, both Terrorist and SWAT campaigns *easy*
-Way of the Samurai 2 for PS2, but that's a really short game meant to be played over again
-MoH: Airborne (On easy though...)
-Alien Hominid *easy*
-Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (THAT was a tough one)
-Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories, none of the other Disgaeas though...
-Some old Kirby game for the N64 I think... the game was about a crystal or something...
-Star Wars: Episode 2 and 3 for Gamecube and PS2, respectively
-Deathsmiles for Xbox 360, MULTIPLE times- very short game

I beat Halo: ODST on Heroic in exactly 3 hours and 45 minutes. At 5:00 AM.

Resident Evil 4, Every Splinter Cell, MGS 2 & 3, Alan Wake, Super Mario 64, GH: Metallica (Expert story on drums), Every Call of Duty except the first, Rainbow Six Vegas 1&2, Duke Nukem 3D, Prince of Persia (The original & you kinda have to), Mass Effect 2, Prototype, Halo 1,2 & 3 (hated ODST) Brutal Legend (just finished last week

Doom3 stands out most in my mind because I remember having to go out into the sunlight and give my brother a ride from school after the all-nighter with my eyes-a-burnin'.
