Been playing quite a bit of Smackdown vs Raw recently. A couple of nights ago I dreamt I was at Wrestlemania. Needless to say, it was awesome.

Generally if I play a game a lot in a short space of time, it enters my brain waves. I've used VATS before in a dream - that's fun.
I used VATS once in real life, it was AWESOME. I used to do Tae Kwon Do, and I was sparring one of my fellow students. He threw a crescent->jump spin crescent combo, and as he started the jump spin kick, everything just slowed down, and I swear to God I saw a green reticle snap onto his chest as it came around, and I snapped a round kick into his ribs, right where the reticle was pointing. Soon as I started my kick, everything sped up, and yeah.

It was AWESOME. It hasn't happened since, and sadly it was just a practice match in class, not even a belt test or a tournament fight, but yeah. It was awesome.

I once dreamt that Dr.Loboto was teaching me in one of my classes. Another time I dreamt that I was in racoon city being chased by Brian Irons (whose weapon of choice was that hanged man painting. I don't know why that was his weapon. A gun would have been more efficient) when I went on a Resident Evil 2 binge.

I ALWAYS have gaming dreams. In 99% of my dreams, there is some video game element for me to use. Even better when I dream I'm IN a game.

When there is none, it just doesn't feel right, and I don't like the dream much.

however, if I dream that I'm PLAYING a game....I hate it. Because the logic of the game is usually totally borked. I dreamed I was playing Zelda, and the graphics and style AND console of the game changed everytime I changed rooms. Try to solve a dungeon in that state! >_<

Or the time I dreamed of playing TWEWY...and instead dreamed I was calculating this obscenely stupid formula for pin EXP for about 6 hours...

Or the times I dreamed of games I was testing earlier that day (I was a game tester for a while). Oh gosh....It was bad enough testing that stuff during the day, but then it haunted my nights too...

I don't know if this counts, but I fell asleep while playing Bioshock. I woke up twenty minutes later standing over a dead big daddy with full health and EVE hypos, a maxed-out wallet, in the next level.

It was...interesting.

Back on the 64 I used to play games for so long I'd start dreaming out the levels. I haven't touched it in seven years but I can still picture the first level in Goldeneye perfectly.
