Getting almost to the very end of Blade Kitten in one setting before getting stuck and quitting for the time being and then finding out that I have to run at as administrator before it lets the autosave work.
That happens all the time to everyone though, its very very common. Its pretty safe to say that Hitmarkers on a cross map noscope is much less common. So I still fail to see how lag preventing a kill is much worse... Unless of course you are 1 kill away from a nuke or something.Canid117 said:Mostly has to do with watching your bullets ineffectively pour into an enemy in MW2 then die and watch in kill cam as the lag cuts those successful hits down to one or two.nofear220 said:Elaborate please, that is the whole point of the threadCanid117 said:I saw the hitmarkers but it still wasn't bad. Or doing that while some sniper empties a pistol without hitting you until the last round hits you in the gut, dying, watching the same exact thing on the killcam and wondering how he one-shotted you with a 9mm.Canid117 said:-snip-

When you watch it happen ten times in a row and get a horrible death streak because of a particularly long spike then it becomes an FML moment.nofear220 said:That happens all the time to everyone though, its very very common. That brings back memories of Halo:CE multiplayer on PC... Playing rocket fight rounds and someone on your team walks right infront of you when you shoot the rocket launcher :|Zantos said:Mass Effect 2 had the ultimate FML moment for me. I'm sat there charging the Cain (basically a handheld WMD) for some serious impact on the geth colossus (giant walking tank) on the planet where you recruit Tali, and just as I fire Garrus runs in front of me and gets us both vapourized.
I usually quit and join another game if it gets past 3 kills like that.Canid117 said:When you watch it happen ten times in a row and get a horrible death streak because of a particularly long spike then it becomes an FML moment.
I had stubbornness issues when it came to MW2.nofear220 said:I usually quit and join another game if it gets past 3 kills like that.Canid117 said:When you watch it happen ten times in a row and get a horrible death streak because of a particularly long spike then it becomes an FML moment.
In Black Ops, I think it's worse. When this happens and I quit about 75% of the time I was the server...Canid117 said:I had stubbornness issues when it came to MW2.nofear220 said:I usually quit and join another game if it gets past 3 kills like that.Canid117 said:When you watch it happen ten times in a row and get a horrible death streak because of a particularly long spike then it becomes an FML moment.
I do that, only I macroed one of my mouse buttons to fire an entire clip in one second, so it isn't really possible for me to miss.Valagetti said:Not bad... I've seen this on MW2 with the Barrett, he was insane.
