So, copy&paste news style ... What's new?

It's not like game journalism quality will improve over this, because you keep doing it over and over again. At least Escapist got lucky that they were late enough with paste.

Will this mean a new pledge you intend to research your own stuff from now on? I might restart my already canceled membership if so.

It seemed weird to me because they shouldn't need that kind of sensationalism to get a strong conviction. He seems quite proud of what he's done.
The prosecution is not trying to prove that he committed the murders. (He's already admitted that!) They're trying to prove that he's insane.

This question will be at the heart of the trial: whether Breivik is criminally insane or sane. Extraordinarily, the defence counsel agrees with the victims' families that Breivik is sane. The prosecution asserts that he is criminally insane. In criminal trials it is usually the other way around.
This trial isn't about whether Breivik goes to prison or walks free. It's about whether he goes to prison or a nuthouse.

Jesus christ, I feel bad. I've done 30+ hours at least.
Holy beans! Congratulations on breaking the laws of time.
I am however curious into how you achieved such a feat of playing a game for 30+ hours in a 24 hour time period.

Okay okay, I know I've been ninja'd anyway but that was too good to pass up, I'll stop now.

OT It's a shame it was blown out of proportion, I always enjoy a good shitstorm.

OT... It's too bad this was BLOWN OUT of PROPORTION. My toilet can't handle this.

I'm happy to say that I completely missed the translation, so was saved the embarrassment of having to retract a knee-jerk reaction.

mass-murdering berk

Im not sure if this came about as a misunderstanding of the Queens English, but you are a berk if you spill tea on the carpet, not if you mass murder people...it doesnt really convey the right tone.

On the other hand, nice work catching the mistranslation.
Having played Planescape: Torment I can safely say I am an expert on these things, a berk is simply an idiot and it makes for nice alliteration when used with barmy.

Did you not notice his name is 'Grey Carter' not 'Gray Carter' :p
Although he could also be Aussie, Kiwi or South African, as they have very similar speach to the UK!

OT: Good... I am happy it was a misquote... It would be completely diabolical if it wasn't! :S
