OT:It's probably be my first Pokemon Gold File where I only leveled up my Totodile to about level sixty with my backup team being a level 5 Dratni, and a smattering of mons found in the early areas. Needless to say my Elite four run ended in failure.

Indeed, I am the younger of two brothers, so if anything finding out Luigi was a younger sibling to just made me love him more. So to this day I always pick him over Mario.

I can't come up with any examples from games I actually played much, since I was always skeptical about schoolyard video game rumours. Come to think of it, that did backfire once on me with the "No way, Missigno. isn't real, it's just a made up Pokemon like Venustoise."

Didn't know they actually had the Donkey Kongs change, I figured they were just a static character set, since we still have Diddy, Funky, and Candy unchanged, or at least to my knowledge.

For a very long time during my innocent child stage I thought Link was a girl. Only because he wore extremely long (white, nonetheless) socks that looked like lady leg-warmers.
Needless to say, I cried at the shocking discovery that my favorite hero was actually a girl. Yes, literally.
