I prefer Stephen Lynch's D&D song. It's pretty much amazing. It's also great fun to play lead over.. if you're a guitarist that is.
I just listened to that and it just seemed to be making fun of geeks rather than supporting them. As an anthem should.

I have to go with Still Alive, just because I think it's a much better song that white n' nerdy.
We're escapists, but does that mean we have to lack taste, and integrity?
I don't really see what that has to do with being a geek, it's so mainstream now. I have never played any Valve games and I have shown no interest in them either yet I know the entire plot of portal, part of being a geek is liking generally unpopular/obscure things, which Portal is NOT, everyone who plays any amount of video games(which is about 99.999% of population>.>) knows "THE CAKE IS A LIE!". As well as it could easily just be a passing fad, we don't know yet. Locking it in now would be foolish, as well as it is no particular accomplishment to beat Portal, I hear it is only 6 hours long, so nothing sentimental there. And lastly: has little to nothing to do with geeks(other than being a video game, which is becoming more and more "sport-like" as the years go by so that's not enough anymore), so I vote against it.
