Due to japanese law. You have to get permission first, and it's to make sure the charity is legit. Not only that, but you have to call them months in advance to even schedule one. I have my problems with Nintendo, but that's only part of the story right there and not the whole. More like, the consoles are over. Would be funny if it’s just Nintendo in the end, even after it’s been nearly three decades since they’ve had halfway decent hardware specs.
We got 6 players with Shredder's Revenge. That's the biggest win ever in brawler history. Alongside Streets of Rage 4 being the best sold game in the series.

In all seriousness, this total acquisition could go into multiple direction; Sony could absorb them, only to close the studio. They could also say "let me show you how it's done" only to force them to keep making crappy live-service games.
Or, in an very unlikely case, have them make a decent game.

Raw Thrills made the arcade version of Cruis'n, and its Switch port, Cruis'n Blast. This new game is literally that, but with a more F&F theme, and is also an enhanced port. The Cruis'n games are legit great and fun racing games, so you're not going to get much "so bad, it's good" game going on.
