Yes. With that said, I have more interests in Lost Soul Aside & Sifu than waiting forever for this game.

Yep, I think I'm past the point of waiting for a game that gets stuck in development hell. I mean I was super hyped when I saw Fable Legends in E3 2014

I had so much hope. I had XB1, there were no significant exclusives other than MCC, and the game looekd gorgeous. I remember checking almost everyday for the new on the development. I even remember participating in beta test, and really liked what I was seeing. AND THEN it was canceled in 2016.

The only other escaped-development-hell-but-disappointing was CP2077. I've grown to expect game to disappoint, and by extent not to be hyped on any games from that point on.

I am so late, but Todd Howard once again re-released Skyrim SE to Skyrim AE.

Thanks to him half of the mods are broken, and anything that uses DLLs is broken like the DAR mod which all good combat animation mods are based on.

Fucking jackass. There are people who haven't downloaded a single mod with broken save files, people who have their creation club content broken. They had to give it to PC users for free because had they released it as a separate game very few would buy it or download it.

At times like this, I am glad that I still have both the original and SE on my library. Because mods actually still work

You're not really late, he'll re release it again in maybe 3-4 years, so just say your really in advance.

So I decided to have a bit of fun and see what I've played that's on the list:

93: League of Legends (don't enjoy this, but I can understand its influence)

84: Resident Evil 2 Remake (one of the best RE games ever made)

77: GoldenEye (yep)

71: Donkey Kong (it's fun, sort of, but hardly top 100 material IMO)

68: Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (played it ages ago, had fun, can't say much else)

66: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (I played it for about 3 minutes so...yay?)

56: Overwatch (dunno if it's top 100 material, but it's fun)

49: Diablo II (it's actually my least favourite Diablo game, but fine, I get why it's here)

48: StarCraft (too low!)

47: World of Warcraft (surprisingly low, but fine - I get why it's here, just don't enjoy playing it much)

43: Pokemon Yellow (really? I like pikachu following me as much as the next guy, but hardly top 100)

42: Metroid Prime (bleh)

40: Resident Evil 4 (hell yeah - higher! Higher!)

36: Metal Gear Solid (no arguments from me)

34: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (surprisingly low, but...yeah, still one of the greatest)

32: Halo: Combat Evolved (surprised to see it here, and this high up, but still the #1 Halo game in my eyes)

29: Doom (bit too high, but I can understand its influence, and even now, it's fun to play)

28: Tetris (line piece!)

27: Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (comparative rankings aside, best MGS game I've played)

22: Street Fighter II (think I played this a bit way back in the day...barely remember it)

21: Super Mario Bros. (think I played some of it)

18: BioShock (really surprised it's this high up. Still a good game)

15: Halo 2 (actually don't like H2 nearly as much as some other entries, but sure, it's still good)

9: Half-Life 2 (bleh)

7: Super Mario 64 (stellar game - I can understand why it's this high up)

6: Mass Effect 2 (played some of it, so...yay?)

5: Super Metroid (go home, you're drunk)

4: The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (...yeah, still don't get this)

So, 28/100.

For something a bit different than yet another best game list -

I really don’t get PC Gamer’s format though for this list. It’s just a generic picture for each item with no descriptions or anything, unless I’m missing something.

God I hope it's Persona 6. Persona is the best JRPG series ever made.....actually that's a lie, but it's pretty fucking good though.

Glad Eastward did well! One of the best indie games of 2021 for sure!
