Hollow Knight: Silksong wins Best Action-Adventure!
It winning Best Indie over Silksong and Hades II killed the buildup to the GOTY reveal.
They opt for realism but place Lara Croft with two guns in uncivilized places where she will need infinite bullets. Will guns and ammo still randomly lay around? I would stylize her and the environments. Toon. Face too happy (even as she apparently looks upon a T-rex) and cute to be Lara Croft. Needs more femme fatale sexiness.
First game again is a boring move. We'll just end up comparing it unfavorably again. A pulp adventure series can start anywhere. They can make a new interpretation of Lara Croft, but are not obligated to make this her first adventure again. First adventure shouldn't even mean anything, because in pulp the adventures often don't connect (Conan for example).
Will probably still be way too assisted and cinematic. They don't understand Tomb Raider and never will.

No one cares Zeke. No one Famiboards cares. My older brother don't give a fuck. Most actual Tomb Raider fans, and not snobs, are invested in these games. Since you're out, you have nothing else worthwhile to say and move the fuck on and keep living in the past. It's the only thing you do best.
