Best JRPG to date in the last decade is hands down, Tales of Vesperia. IT has the old school feel like an overworld map, ship you can control, Airship/ Dragon you can wander the world with. The combat is fast paced and realtime classic Tales. The story is a bit on the dark side too. Freaking love it.
