ive had console systems whit no numbers at the end, i remember back when Denmark went crazy whit the fear of influenza and madcow disease, also cartoons, i don't wanna sound like an geezer who yells at children by saying cartoons where better back when i was a child, but they sure where different and made an bigger impact, i was talking to my 8 year old brother last about cartoons, he dont know transformers, earthworm jim, freakazoid, animaniacs or any of the cartoons that made my childhood worth remembering and being nostalgic over, he did know the batman cartoon and had the dvd so he showed it to me, instead of Gordon they have a black bald man, bruce wayne is a douchebag, the joker is wearing baggy cloth, everything in the show had been "pimped".
and then theres all the technology in general, i remember how amazing it was my mother had an cellphone, it was something i bragged about to all the other jealous kids, i remember the first time i ever saw one of those shiny round things we could use instead of a floppy disc, i remember when we first got "internet" oh boy that was amazing, my step dad showed the whole family the powers of this amazing thing and he showed us a movie of some animated dancing hamsters and we laughed and laughed...
