Eric closed his eyes, and jumped.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrggggghhhh!"

He pulled the cord.

"Oh no. Work! Worrk!!"

The chute deployed finally, and he landed a short ways from the LZ.

"Ow!"

He got up, detached his chute, and got his gear in order.

"This is Indigo-uh, four. I landed about two minutes out from the LZ."

Myles had finished getting all his gear packed, and was just coming into the landing zone.

"Indigo 1 reporting, I'm at the LZ. Anyone have any idea what happened to Trin?"

 

[Lost In The Void]

Joshua readied his chute, and approached the exit feeling the wind rush against him. Seeing the green light he jumped plunging straight into a dive. He felt the rush of wind against his face, and the ground becoming more visible. He closed his eyes and spread his body slowing his descent and pulled his cord. Feeling his body lurch he was confident his chute had deployed. He was headed straight for the landing zone when he caught a breeze which blew him north of the LZ.

Hitting the ground and detaching his chute he observed his surroundings. He tied down his chute to a tree to avoid detection, and pulled out his rifle using it's scope to look ahead. He radioed, "Indigo Three is down about five clicks from the landing zone. I'm now making my way there."

Eric crawled through the bushes, before entering the LZ.

He waved to Myles.

"Hey! Over here!"

"Indigo-3, did you see what happened to Indigo-2 (Trin)? We lost contact with him after the transmission that his rip cord wasn't pulling."

Myles tapped against the tree in what can only be assumed was nervousness. He pulled out his handgun, leaving his revolver holstered until the time was right.

"Indigos, be wary of anything you might see. We could have to engage at a the drop of a hat."

Myles saw Eric waving, and gave him a small motion to come over.

Eric crouch walked over to Myles, keeping his MP5 ready and his eyes on the treelines.

Trin found himself at the LZ marking.
Oi! Eric? Is that you?

Trin said as he approached the two men with his M4 aimed at them.
Eric? Identify yourself within ten seconds or i will fire!

Trin now ready and waiting to deliver the payload into the men's chest, stood there in a battle stance with his M4 loaded for crazy.

Myles messed around with his cap and leaned against a tree.

 

[MasterSqueak]

Eric put a hand out.

"Woah woah woah! It's us, Eric and Myles!"

 

[LockHeart]

"I'm good to go, just gotta wait for Vase and Sebastian to hit the ground before we move out. AWACS should be able to ive us a heads-up if any heat's headed our way but we should be ok, I doubt they'd have picked us up on radar, too small. You good to go?"

Jason scanned across the clearing with his rifle, watching for any movement.

Trin noticed the man's surrender and heard the identification.
Sorry man, but when you don´t hit the LZ you gotta be careful right?

Trin said with a smile and packed his M4 on his back.
Everyone here yet? We good to go?

Myles adjusted his hat and toyed with his necklace.

"Trin, good to see you. We're still waiting on Joshua."

I love this job thinks Vase as he falls from the back of the Hercules, "everyone OK on this drop," he shouts over the radio as he continues his free fall. Pulling the cord after his altimeter reached 10,000ft so he could slow down to a good speed to land.

Joshua trekked through the woods skirting from tree to tree until he saw his squad talking, "Friendly! he called waving his hand from behind a tree.

Myles saw Joshua, and smirked in his general direction.

"Well, the gang's all here."

He looked towards the target, and turned sharply to look at his fellow squad members.

"What are we waitin' for, gents?"

With that, he strolled off towards the target.

"Err, Myles? We're supposed to wait for Damien's signal before moving in."

"Well Eric, 6k is quite a long way. He's about 2k away. The time it takes him to do recon and signal us should be at least enough time to hike 4k or 5k. Do we really want to be late for Nine of Diamonds own farewell party?"

Eric sighed.

"Whatever."

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

Stumbling out of the tree line Vase drops his chute bag, "I was a...bit off the landing," sighs Vase pulling a frown, "we ready to get tabbing then?" he asks the squad, "since Damien should be there by now hopefully," he smiles as he unloads his pack and checks his gear one last time.

Jason crouched down.

"Right, everyone all set? Then let's get moving, we need to get into position by the time Damien gives his signal."

He turned and started to stealthily move through the jungle.

"Foxtrot to Indigo, all boots on the deck, moving into position."

He turned his head to the men behind him.

"Maintain radio silence except in emrgencies, we can't risk them picking us up."
