Ghost Squad: R&R

Trin noticed the breach, but stayed outside. He went up on a roof with a vantage point of the whole front and west side.

I need someone to cover the back and east side of the building! Im covering front and west. Over.
Trin said through the radio, attaching an ACOG scope on his M4 and waiting for someone to leave the building.

I repeat! Who's got back and east side covered? We need to make sure Nine ain't going anywhere! Snap to men!

 

[Jav3lin]

Trin picked off two guys, one was carrying the other one.
Roger that Foxtrot. Just keep those boys alive. And where is Evac?
He said as he took aim again and ticked off another one who was running away from the building.

I repeat, what is the destination and arrival of Evac? Over.
Damn radio got all messed in the dirt. Goddamnit.

Eric stood up, finishing off the last rebel.

"Sedrick, take the right room and I'll take the left!"

He took up position beside the left door.

Trin quickly noticed a tower, on the other side of Alpha1.
Fucking radio! Shit!

He fired off five rounds, killing two men trying to escape. It took him a little while to get the last of the two, but when he did, he reloaded.

After reloading however, his M4's barrel got hit by a 20mm round. Quickly, he dashed to his left and behind a pile of rubbish.

Foxtrot! This is Indigo4! Taking enemy sniper fire! Sniper is located east of Alpha1. Requesting backup. Over!

After waiting for a whole minute without a reply, he knew his radio was dead.
Good for nothing radios! We had better equipment in Iraq!

After another two minutes, the sniper fire dozed off. But as soon as he tried to look at where his target was, he saw muzzle flash and heard the whistle of a passing bullet.

IM UNDER ENEMY SNIPER FIRE! SNIPER'S LOCATION IS EAST OF ALPHA1! REQUESTING BACKUP!
He yelled from the top of his lunge.

But only seconds later, he started receiving fire from the building next to him. He tossed his HE grenade into the window, blowing the target up.

Better not be yelling i suppose
He thought to himself as he just lay there, completely helpless. Thinking of ways to outsmart his enemy, but the outcome was always either death, or severe injury.

Eric kicked the door open, spraying the room with his MP5, downing three rebels. To make sure they were dead, he unholstered his pistol and gave each one a 9mm round to the head.

"2nd floor clear!"

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

"Jason go," groaned Vase through the pain, "I'll be right behind you, remember the nine's our target."

Sorry for being so sporadic with my posting guys. A lot of stuff happened when I was sleeping. Damn time zones.

Damien continued to circle the building, watching for anyone trying to escape. As he rounded the east corner of the building he was just able to make out a shout from Trin, stranded atop one of the buildings. Scanning the other buildings, crouching low, he saw a Radio Tower, and something glinting at the top of it. Sniper.

Pulling a flash grenade from his bag, he held it for 3 seconds before throwing it straight up. At the apex of its climb, the grenade exploded. Damien heard a yell from the tower as the sniper was blinded, and ran for the ladder leading up. Climbing as fast as he could, he reached the platform to find a lone sniper, still furiously rubbing his eyes and trying to regain his vision. Reaching out, Damien calmly broke the man's neck with one twist.

Trin picked up a piece of a broken bottle and used it to see the target.
Damien!? He was shooting me!?

Trin said with a disgusted face and disappointment in his eyes.
I'll have to report this once we get back.

Then he climbed down the building and walked with speed to where Damien was climbing down the tower.
Screw reporting!
He thought to himself with an angry looking face and grabbed Damien by his collar and forced him up against a wall.

Why the hell were you shooting at me!? You almost killed me you son of a *****!

Damien's face flashed with surprise for an instant, before his brow creased with anger.

"You idiot!" He shouted, grabbing Trin's wrists and kicking out at him. Trin gasped and fell back. Damien drew his pistol. and pointed it at Trin, anger visibly crossing his face. A brief thought seemed to occur to him, but then he scowled and turned away. "Come on. If you want to set me up you can do it later. Have to keep watch for Winston." He holstered his pistol and started to walk away.

 

[LockHeart]

"Alright mate, just get on the radio if you need help."

Sprinting up the stairs, Jason saw that Sedrick and Eric had made quick work of the upper floors. Catching up to them, Jason slowed.

"Nine's on the roof I take it?"

 

[Jav3lin]

Trin noticed that Damien hadn't been the shooter as he saw blood in the tower.
Im sorry, i just saw you in the tower, and i thought that you were shooting. Sorry i doubted you, rash actions .. ya know?

He said as he heard a door open and footsteps on the roof.
Target is on the roof! He´s on the move!
He said over Damien's earpiece.

Sorry, my radio's broken ... let's get this ************! You take point here, i'll make sure he doesn't cross over to one of the other buildings.
Trin said as he walked in front of the house, taking a position where Nine was visible to him.

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

"I'll make sure he doesn't come down here," grunts Vase as he stumbles to the door, pointing his gun out the doorway slightly, "anyone have an exact position on him?"

Damien radioed in to Vase. "He's definitely on the roof. I've got the East side, and Trin's got sight on him."

 

[LockHeart]

"Alright, let's go."

Jason kicked the door in and raced up the stairs to the roof door. Pausing, he repeated the kick, knocking the flimsy door off its hinges. Across the roof he could see a fleeing figure.

"All units, Fox 1 has possible visual on Nine. Can anyone get a visual on the guy on the roof?"

Waiting for a response, he took aim with his rifle.

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

"Keep him alive if you can remember," Vase pips up on the radio, "more valuable that way," he laughs slightly.

 

[Jav3lin]

Trin cleaned his radio with the cloth he used for his gun barrel, and got it working again, while keeping visual on Nine.

I got positive visual on Target! I repeat positive visual on Nine! He's armed with a flashbang, 9mm and a Kalisnakov! I repeat armed and dangerous! I have visual on him, he's not going anywhere. But i don't have a clear shot.

Trin then paused for a little bit.
He knows your'e coming, so be careful

Trin then took aim through his ACOG scope and tried to get a clear shot to neutralize him.

Eric sprinted up onto the roof, discarding his MP5 in favor of his 9mm. He sprinted at the target, sliding to a stop about half way.

"I have a shot!"

Eric aimed at the targets knee, held his breath, and fired a shot.

 

[LockHeart]

Jason saw Eric's shot burst through the Nine of Diamond's knee, throwing the man to the floor in throes of agony. Seeing that he'd lost his grip on his weapons in favour of clutching at his knee, Jason ran over and cracked him around the head with the butt of his rifle, knocking the man to the floor.

Pausing, Jason hauled the man up over his shoulder and activated his throat mic.

"I have the package, he needs medical attention urgently. Sedrick, meet me on the first floor."

Roger that, Indigo4 returning to Alpha1
Trin said over his radio as he packed his M4 and headed for the front door.

Alright guys, when is evac coming?
Trin said as he sat down on a wooden chair and rested after being shot at a whole lot.

He then started to clean his anti-tank launcher and reloaded it.
Only two rockets left.
Trin thought to himself as he put his launcher on the side of the chair, resting against the wall and waited eagerly for Jason and Eric to meet him at the first floor.

Is this thing broken again? I repeat, when and where is the destination of Evac? Over.
Trin then ended the transmission and banged the radio against the arm of his chair and put it back in his ear.
