Go with which ever one you like more. Or if you don't like either of them in that way, don't go out with them.
If you like both of them, equally, then you might be a bit screwed. I can only come up with random ideas if that is the case, but i can't think of an overall good one. Unless they're willing to share you.
I'd try to make sure that girl B likes you though, and isn't just being nice, so you dont make youself look silly if you talk to her about it and you find out she doesnt like you that way.

There are two fundamental questions you have to ask:

1. Are you sure the second girl actually likes you? They both may act the same around you, but that's no solid indication. Every girl has a different baseline of behavior, and deviations from that are indications of emotional attachment. If the first girl is normally outgoing, but acts shy around you, normally doesn't laugh at jokes, but does at yours, and goes out of her way to be around you in a way that isn't normal for her, she likes you. The same metric applies to the second girl. But, if she's normally shy (no moreso around you), normally very laugh-happy, and says hi to all of her friends, it's less a sure thing.

The point, fundamentally, is not to jump to conclusions. If you go for the second girl, and she doesn't like you, you may lose your shot with the first girl. Chickens, hatching, all of that.

The second question is simply: who do you want to go out with? If you're dating either of them out of a sense of needing to have a girlfriend, you're doing no one any favors. No harm can come from pursuing neither of them until you actually know what you want.

Thing is, they are both really nice it's mostly just that I don't know them well enough to know which one I like. It's kinda hard to go purely on looks nowadays when almost all girls have something going for them.
As Girl B liking me, I was unsure but it seems to fit. If she sees me, she says hi and smiles, but if someone else in our class, whom she might know better, passes by, she doesn't... And she laughs ALOT at what i say.... i am very sure i am not that funny....

Right, so here is the scenario.
There are a lot of cute girls in my school. Recently I found out that this girl who goes 1 year lower than me, likes me. I was told so by her friend, and I guess that she is telling the truth.
BUT
Realising that this girl liked me, I realised that there was another girl that liked me, because they always act really similarly around me. They are shy, smile a lot, always say hi to me, and laugh at everything I say. Well, the laughing part is girl B...
So, Girl A is in my lower class and I know that she likes me. Girl B, I believe that she likes me. So, I don't know which one I like, and if they both like me, won't I hurt the other one by going out with the other?

There is actually an odd trend that is noticeable by our internal metrics that show that relationship threads get more views per post than most other threads. Maybe not everyone is posting, but they sure are looking at the threads! Maybe they hope there's some secret that they will find inside that will help them in their own love problems or perhaps they really just find that sort of drama interesting.

On Topic: Since you are so young, do not worry about either one. If you feel that you like them, then do ask them to some common event to get to know them better. You don't really know how you feel about someone until you spend some alone time with that person. Crowds tend to influence your decisions.

You know that A likes you. You do not know that B likes you. This wouldn't even be a question unless you preferred B for some reason, and wanted a justification for not just taking A.

If you like B more, go for B and accept the fact that it'll cost you A.

If you do not like B more, then this is a dumb question, and you should ask A out.

Shame Anonin. Look at it this way, at least you know of one girl who likes you so you do have options if you change your interests. And check the whole girl B thing more carefully before making a decision. If possible I would say the girl in your own year is the best choice, makes things more convenient.

Getting hurt is a part of relationships in general. You could move now and possibly hurt one of them, or you could sit on your ass and do nothing untill they both get bored and move on leaving you hurting in the dust. Relationships suck dude. There is always the option of trying to get one of them to make the first move. If it gets around that they both like you and you're not sure what to do then that might motivate one of them into making the first move for you. Thats a risky bet though.
