Oh 40k lore is all over the place, especially early stuff up until about 2012 when they got more serious about keeping an eye on everything.
Hell the Ian Watson era, which is early but existed, is filled with weird sadomasochistic sex stuff, including boys wanting to be space marines getting ass tattoos to show status(including the boys wondering how many ass tattoos their trainers have), those self same boys forced to eat shit as part of induction, an Imperial Fist having a wet dream about his Primarch Rogal Dorn, straight up quoting Mein Kampf, and Inquisitors performing straight up sexual torture.

Its old lore, but...yeah...

Eh, Lex got a bit OtT but I still feel that was broadly the way Imperial Fists should be. I like a lot of the old fluff, but never came across orks having female sex slaves of other species. Would have said they had gotten serious a lot earlier than 2012, though.
