Is that dependent on when the media was made?
Early 40k is just fantasy races in space, which will have used a traditional idea of Orks as being sort of corrupt offshoots of humans/elves. This may have been moved over time towards the fungus and violence approach as they've wanted to differentiate them from the old tropes somewhat. I also suspect that Warhammer will be increasingly aware of changes to social attitudes: orks enslaving women to work as strippers might have gone without much notice 20+ years ago, but looks a lot more awkward nowadays.
Got to say, orks capturing human women to work as strippers is not something I remember at all in Rogue Trader. Now, I am old and forgetful and maybe 13 year old me just missed certain inferences, but yeah, doesn't ring any bells with me.
Fungus and violence was a pretty early move, Waaagh the Orks was not far off modern 40k Orks.

Funnily enough its from the relatively recent War of the Beast series(roughly 10 years ago). Its the Empire Strikes Back, but for Orks. Basically the Orks have spent the last 1000 years since the great crusade ended getting ready for a counter crusade. All the Orks of the galaxy unite under a council of PrimOrks, a play off of Primarchs. And what happens is as the Orks all come together and form a Type 3 civilization. They harness entire planets and stars, build great gravity engines that teleport entire star systems instantly and accurately, and they start to develop culture. They build churches, they build schools and towns and cities, and have plumbing and trades, and even send Ambassadors to Earth to negotiate. An Inquisitor hypothesizes that the more Orks there are, the more advance their civilization becomes, and that leads to cruelty and debauchery.
The Orks enslave human worlds by the thousands. The men are put to work or ground up to be used as rations. The women are taken to other camps to be used as "entertainment" by the Orks.
Hey, another Wildbow fan! Working my way through Pale right now, you know the one originally intended to be his shortest, most limited work that ended about 50k words shorter than his shortest work. Wait, I mean that many words per main protagonist, plus almost as many worth of interludes, making it his longest work twice over from second place. I'm in arc 14, currently.
These are definitely not Pact/Pale goblins though, too pretty, too symmetrical and not remotely messed up enough.

Ah, yes, the old "you can be horrible and monstrous, but anything that doesn't fit certain sensibilities is simply unacceptable even for the worst of villains" problem. Hazbin Hotel periodically has that problem with Valentino.

I read the series a while back, and while humans were enslaved, used as food and the like, I don't remember the strippers.
