Based on the responses and this line I'm confused, is there one girl or two? My general rule of thumb is to trust pheromones over whoremones (see what I did there?). Typically 98% of your body will tell you who is a good match for you based on body language, attitude, resting facial expressions, the things that your conscious mind doesn't register. The other 2% is... unreliable and only useful in select situations at best, especially if you need to rely on little blue pills to get it working (in case you didn't know what 2% I was talking about). Just talk to her. However, you mentioned the way she looks twice, so it seems to me that is important to you. As a woman I can honestly tell you that is my number two turn off in a man, only surpassed by smoking--both lead to flat denials, however. To be perfectly honest, I don't think anyone who pursues a girl off of appearances deserves anyone, unless they find someone as shallow as they are. In that case, they're probably perfect for each other. The relationship probably just won't last through their 40s.
So, if you like that girl regardless of her appearance, then THOSE are probably some legitimate feelings you are having. It means you like her for who she is, for her substance rather than her wrapping. There is nothing more attractive than that.

And by the way, if it sounds like I'm talking about a "serious" relationship here, it's because I am. It's been my experience that most girls who don't play the flirt game want to enter a relationship for the long haul. Personally, I won't pursue a relationship unless I see attributes for someone I'd be willing to grow old with. That's right--that is how far we girls think things out. Surface level attractions won't cut it. Those are just...a bonus.
