I always see these script changes as 'alternate' possibilities. Why would I want to watch a game I've played countless times. If it throws in some surprises that can follow the feel of the games without going too left field then fair go.

Sound slike they are staying true to the game in the first film. If they do, it will be very succsessful. Once its a big hit, they can do whatever they want to with GOW2 film and peopel will still pay to see it. Also known as Harry Potter Syndrome.
