I am a huge fan of good Comedy shows and again i ran out of material to watch.

The last ones i watched or still watch are for example

Black Books
IT-Crowd
Big Bang Theory
Better Off Ted
How i met your Mother
Modern Family
Look around you

What have i missed out so far?
My series addiction needs new material!

Arrested Development. It gets really stupid in the third season, but it's pretty freaking funny.

well im going to suggest old crap that probably doesnt entertain todays young, hip generation, but here it goes:

good times, the jeffersons, M*A*S*H, and maybe sanford and son.

tvland still shows sanford and son, and mash is on the hallmark channel i believe; guess you could scour the interwebs for good times and the jeffersons, tvland got obsessed with rosanne and everybody loves raymond so they dont show them anymore.

I wouldn't say it gets stupid, it becomes really self aware, as they know its probably the last season, so theirs loads of references to it, but I wouldn't say stupid. OT depending on your age, The Inbetweeners is very good.

Spaced.

Red Dwarf if you don't mind older British stuff, but Spaced is a requirement. Peep Show is also awesome and still going I think, not sure when the next series is though.

Well, the humor got a lot less intelligent (was it ever?) and just became plain over-the-top.
(Think George-Michael with the Jetpack)

I think, and don't hold me to this, that those moments had something to do with them satirizing the types of TV programmes that do get carried on, whilst their style of humor which was more mature and less in your face wasn't appreciated by the general public.

The humour isn't exactly intelligent, but it's clever. The amount of running gags over the series is ridiculous.
Can't go wrong with it though. And someone mentioned Spaced. That is fantastic too.

To add something original: Brass Eye.

I doubt this fits in your criteria, but, seeing that you didn't post anything about that, I'll say Whose Line is it Anyway? I love that show, it's so damn funny.

Oh, and also Scrubs.
