Commentary Time:

Perfect Dark could use a legitimate sequel, Metal Arms was a really fun game too but yeah the company went belly up, and Breakdown was one of the best FPS/fighting games and if they could pull it off again a sequel would be great.

Definitely need a sequel to Timesplitters: Future perfect. I heard rumors once there was going to be one and then those kind of died out. I also agree with the KOTOR, Mirror's Edge and Battlefront 2 audience. Battlefront is probly in my top 10 games that I've gotten the most enjoyment out of playing.

I would have liked to have seen an expansion of Star Wars: Empire at War. I thought it was great because it was basically AoE using Star Wars. I kind of wanted them to include the Clone Wars in there. I never did play the expansion they put out for it, but I don't count that though. How was it anyway?

Star Wars: Republic Commando
Not because it's Star Wars, but because back in the day it was a fun squad based fps.
This. And Mirror's Edge. I know it only came out two years ago, but since a sequel hasn't been announced, I've lost hope.

I post this on every thread I can, regardless of how related it is.
Maybe IO will grow a mind and make this now. An amazing game, with pretty in depth mechanics.
Although it will probably sell out to the HQ Graphics crowd, and shoot all inovation in the foot. Aw.
It hasn't happened yet with me and VOODOO VINCE. A game with a fun story and imaginative bosses supplemented with some great humor. Also, I think Whacked could have had a decent sequel. Granted by the end, Van Tastic was dead but...well, he died the pit death and we all know that doesn't kill anybody. There's no reason for another Whacked with new contestants. Also, Whacked is a party game. Don't party games and motion controls go hand-in-hand? Not that I'm saying motion controls are good...all the games in Whacked involved killing everyone else in cartoony, 3rd-person grudge matches with funny weapons...

Edit!!

mercenaries (by this i mean a sequel that is not a complete joke)
By your logic, I demand a new Knights of the Old Republic. A Single Player Knights of the Old Republic that wasn't phoned in and, rushed out for the Holidays.

I played the fuck out of battlefront with my friend when I was younger. I never actually got Battlefront 2, but I got Renegade Squadron for PSP and was incredibly disappointed.
A next gen Battlefront 3 with online multiplayer would make me very happy.

Republic Commando, of course, but everyone's already said that.

I'd like a sequel to Deus Ex, though. Invisible War doesn't count.

Banjo-Tooie needed a sequel. It shoulda been a trilogy. And dont try and say nuts & bolts was a sequel. it was too different.

Metal Arms: Glitch in the System: fun 3rd person shooter where you were a unique robots killing humourously voiced robots. It had this wicked sense of humour and just fun gameplay...plus listening to Krunk swear was fantastic.
It even ended on a "I'll get you next time" scene.

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. Though it would be hard to pick up on the story, I'd love to see a sequel.
