Good games with NO replay value

Any of the point 'n' click adventure games (Monkey Island, etc.), cos once I've completed them, I find that playing them again has me automatically going for the solution instead of exploring the world like first time round.

Arkham Asylum is one I've only played once aswell.

Mass Effect.

I played ME1 through 3 consecutive times. However, with ME2, the game became too linear, and focused less on the RPG elements, thus leaving me satisfied enough with 1 playthrough.

Fallout 3 surprisingly, once you beat it, the DLC, and collect rare weapons, the game runs out of stuff and I never wanted another character.

and soon I'm gonna get me Blazblue: Calamity Trigger. Does anybody else have this game? If so, what is it like?
BlazBlue is one of the best games I have played, guy. It always feels balanced, the characters all have so much personality and the game mechanics work very well too. The music is awesome and the story blew my mind. It's just plain fun. Especially offline with some friends. Continuum Shift comes out this month, very soon. So hopefully CT won't be that expensive for you.

Mass Effect series for me. Despite being ideal for replays, I just can't do it knowing that I'll have to go through the arduously slow starting chapters, gather gear and team-mates (not counting gear on a New Game+) and endure the same central plot.

Same for Bioshock, with so many powers to choose from I don't actually want to go back and use powers I didn't before, because I liked the ones I chose on my original play through too much.

Arkham Asylum isn't as good the second time, but I've played it 3 times now and it's still fun. Of course I ramped up the difficulty each time.

OH and Assassin's Creed 1 & 2. I loved both, even though 1 had so very many flaws, but I'll be damned if I could make it through a second playthrough of either.

Uncharted 1 and 2, they were both fantastic games but I just can't see myself playing them again.

Maybe because they're more reliant on big events that are supposed to surprise you vs a game like Prince of Persia where you're just platform jumping.

Heavy Rain.
once you complete it theres not much else to do. The killer is always the same, and everything you do in the game dosnt drasticly change how the story plays out.

Mass Effect one and two, even if I make different choices I can only play them once.

I donno. 1 deffinitly has it with the "Spawn weapons at any difficulty level" thing, and the platforming's still tons of fun, and that's all I needed.

For me, it's FFXII, for the massive time sink it is when you get to wander around and do the hunts and all that jazz.
And No More Heroes, just for what a pain it is to navigate Santa Destroy and do the subjobs over and over and over again.

Ratchet and Clank games. ANY of them (except maybe the first. cant remember)
Finished the main game? Heres challenge mode.
Start the game from the beginning.
Every kill adds a Bolt (currency) multipler until you get injured. (max 20)
You keep all of the weapons you collected during the game.
For a hell of a lot of Bolts you can get the Rip You a New One (R.Y.N.O for short) which is either a miniture nuke launcher or a rapid fire missle launcher. Or a combination of the two.
Using it is IMMENSLY satisfying.
I have played every PS2 Ratchet and Clank games so many times that I have done everything in them. EVERYTHING...Maybe I should get PS3 to play the never games...Maybe they have the R.Y.N.O in them again, I miss that gun.

On-topic: Bioshock 1 and 2 and Dead Space. You play through them once and...that's it, there is not much more to them. Second playthough, you now where stuff will happen and where to find everything and the game gets so boring. Especially Dead Space.

What else...Oh yeah, Prototype. When I finally finished that game, it had felt such a chore that I was too mentally tired to play it ever again. It's quite a fun destruction-based game, but it's not addicting enough to play it again.

Also, as many have pointed out, Batman: Archam Asylum. I played through it once carefully, collecting as many trophies and stuff as I could find. After finishing it, I really didn't feel like doing all that again for a while.

Batman: Arkham Asylum and Fallout 3s Main quest. Trying to put myself throug it as we speak, to check out broken steel, but it is just sooooo boring. (the main quest!)

Oblivion and Fallout 3. As good as they are I cannot bring myself to play them again. They just absorb so much time that I can't justify losing again, and the crashing every 30mins when trying to explore the world/wasteland is just demoralizing. I must have spent the same amount of time reloading the game as my playtime, damn Bethesda!
you just named the games with most replay value ever!

people have over 500 hours on that game on 20 different charter files. probably even more.
So? I said they have no replay value for me. I'm always tempted to play them again, but then I remember the frustration of the game crashing all the time and having to quicksave every other minute for fear of losing my progress. To which I think "sod it"!
