EDIT: In all seriousness though, Phineas and Ferb.

Yeah, I've seen a small collection of episodes, but nearly every joke dished out in Phineas and Ferb was unexpectedly witty and well written! I always appreciate it when a children's show succeeds at appealing to both kids and adults with its humor.

Otherwise, I don't really keep up with a lot of kids programming. So, lest at the time of this post, nothing comes to mind that hasn't already been suggested.

I'll second Archer... though I have a tough time getting past the "Hey, isn't this Frisky Dingo?" thing...

Young Justice also looked promising, though like many modern superhero cartoons, it'll probably not last very long. >(

I hate that Archer is not on Adult Swim. It is the spawn of Frisky Dingo, which is the spawn of Sealab 2021 which is a spawn of the need for origional programs for AS. Hell, they even promoted the show, despite it being on a different channel.

Sym-Bionic Titan, it was made by the same guy that made Samurai Jack.

Unfortunately, the series is over and the episodes can only be found on Youtube. it was made by the same guy that made Samurai Jack.

-EDIT- Just found this out: A Samurai Jack feature film is currently in pre-production, and is being produced by J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot Productions and Frederator Films.

I didn't like Misadventures of Flapjack, but I'm okay with adventure time. Both were clearly made on drugs.

The Misadventures of Flapjack (Canceled now), Adventure Time, Regular Show, and I am going to give that new "The Amazing World of Gumball" show a chance.

Also Robot Chicken, American Dad, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

Adventure Time is one of my favorite shows, and I'm 20 years old...

I'm 18 so I don't really watch Cartoon Network or any of that, last time I really loved my cartoons was with the line up on Toonami with Samurai Jack, Outlaw Star, Dragonball, Tenchi Muyo, Gundam Wing and other things.

However my brother's 8 so I occasionally have to watch some of his stuff... A lot of it is tripe, however Adventure Time I caught just a glimpse of and now i've watch the whole thing

Chowder is generally terrible, but there's one scene where they lose all their money and then they go 'No money means... NO ANIMATION!' and they cut to the recording studio. THATS AWESOME.

I haven't watched enough Flapjack to comment but it doesn't look great.


And Phineas and Ferb has its moments too, like when they take the piss out of CSI Miami XD



But apart from these I can't give any new recommendations. But yeah, go back and watch Ed, Edd and Eddy or further and watch Wacky Racers or something

Batman: The Brave and the Bold is pretty good, if you're not too hooked on nostalgia for the DCAU. I mean, did they have an episode which had Batman, Scooby-Doo and Weird Al all at once?


I think not!

Also Phineas and Ferb, Adventure Time and of course, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Now stick those in your nostalgia hole and smoke them.

After watching the commercials for both of those shows, I can say quite honestly that they made me cringe. I did not even crack a smile. It was just downright...well, stupid. Sometimes, even in the previews at the movie theaters, they play Adventure Time adverts.

It really is painful to watch. Is that was passes for quality programming nowadays? Wow, if it does, then boy am I sure glad I own the complete series of both Courage the Cowardly Dog and Ed, Edd, and Eddy.

Ben 10: Ultimate Alien. I realized that it was a good show when they made reference to eating mogwai(sic). I really don't know why i avoided that show.

Young Justice. Its basically Teen Titans.

Phineas and Ferb is actually seriously awesome.....

Avengers: the Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
