I never got on with 'clubby' music, hated it as derivative stuff which seemed to just put a beat behind someone else's speeded up work and then give a chipmunk vocals duty.
Big Beat was my genre of choice, as in
Orbital, Chemical Brothers, Fluke, Bentley Rhythm Ace.
(especially those guys, because they feel like they're doing it for FUN! I went to see them live at glastonbury, and there's just constant waves of childish joy radiating from the stage when they play)
If you've played the older 'Wipeout' games, most of the soundtrack was my kind of thing.
