Google Chrome Malware Warnings for The Escapist

Hello everyone, and fellow Escapist visitors, I was just wondering if I am the only person who has been getting alerts from Google Chrome when visiting this site? I keep getting warnings that the site is hosting malware, and that I should stay away...is this just Google Chrome, or is something wrong with my connection in general, and if so, what can i do to fix it?

I had a warning for a different site yesterday, that I trust to be pretty clean. So it may have just been a Google Chrome bug...

Ehh Chrome does this sometimes. Mostly it's just for somewhat questionable sites, but occasionally it get it wrong. I haven't even having problems with The Escapist though.

yeah it's weird it just started for me but now it wont stop and i keep getting security things saying that it blocked malware from downloading.

its happening to me to, and its getting really annoying because every-time i open the site up the warning shows up.

Sure Firefox is slower, but no warnings for meeeee. (Although I still get warnings from Google about malware sites, but I've never gotten it for this site, ever.)

never had that issue, the only time i ever got a warning from chrome is when my time was set wrong on my comp
