I just grabbed my Pokéwalker. Well, I'd say a 5 because (A) I don't have any thing to weigh me down, and (B) I might not go insane because I'll have one of my pokemon to converse with. In a way, I'll be insane, but at least have something to remind me of the real world. Also if somebody in the future of the prehistoric times finds it, then technology will be increased in the present day.

A pen, a standard black pen. I'm pretty sure that's what they say in the business pretty fucking useless. So I guess a 10, maybe a 6 if I somehow discover a way to make black ink, the leaves of a tree, and water into Jet pack fuel, Nitroglycerin, or Cyanide.
