Who is the Greatest of all gaming villains? Personally, i'd go for Albert Wesker, but am open to dicussion.

I'd also have to agree with wesker as he was a pain in the ass boss on resi 5 if you don't know what your doing and don't notice the bloody bridge behind you and die five times running at him insted of away!!

why what were they for?

the vaults were nothing more than vast social expermients, they had little to do with actually protecting people from the nuclear holocaust. for examples: vault 92 was to test how people reacted to different sounds meant to cause ceratin emotions and actions. vault 87 was a genetic test lab for testing the FEV virus, and vault 69 contained 999 women and 1 man.
