I can't make a turn in GTA4 to save my life. Every time I do I spin out or hit something and go flying through the windshield. The controls work fine, but the handling just sucks. I should at least be able to make a turn.

If you drive fast cars in Saints row there's like no chance, but some cars feel really right

i went into saints row 2 expecting mindless fun at the expense of quality of visuals and i was right
when i got gta iv it was the only thing i played for about a month and i thought the driving was great and it felt very realistic... then about a month later i played saints row 2 for a few days and grew accustomed to its unrealisticly sharp car handling and i really enjoyed the game... then.. going back to gta i realised i lost every bit of driving skill i had in the game from playing saints row 2 XD

The driving in GTA wasn't bad, but it wasn't good, and it feels pointless driving the fastest cars because they spin out of control instantly.

And why does everyone keep calling GTA IV realistic? It's more realistic then the others, but that doesn't make it realistic.

The only thing I don't like about the realistic driving in GTAIV is that I want to go really fast and turn at the same time. Damn physics.

The driving was the only thing I actually liked from GTA IV besides the free-roam multiplayer mode.

You do know there's an option in SR2 to change the driving controls to be basically the same as GTA IV's, right?
Where?

In the Options-Control section of the pause menu, funnily enough. I hated SR2's default setup, so I switched to Control Type B.
