I've played the demo for Arkham Asylum, and while it seems to be a solid game, I have a few words for Guinness:

X-Men Legends 1 & 2
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
City of Heroes/Villains
Superhero games (rightly) get a bad rap because there are a lot of them that are rubbish, but it didn't take me all that long to think if a short list of comic book games that are actually pretty good....
