Its happened before, 4chan was down for like 3 days, 3 whole fucking days, I went out for a day, got attacked by a bear so I don't recommend it.

It wasn't just death hoaxes and porn... they also told people to delete their system 32 folder.

People always assume 4chan is some kind of organized group but this is not really the case. Unless a bunch of people decide to do the same thing independently, getting /b/ to to anything is an exercise in failure. This doesn't mean that if one person does something and then posts evidence on 4chan, /b/ will not act like they were all involved.
