I like Halo 3's multiplayer because it's easy to pick up and play, and whether I win or lose I generally have fun.

Here's a list of reasons why its fun to play:

1. Takes skill to play

2. Extremely well balanced weapons

3. Vehicles

4. Varied, diverse, and well designed maps

5. Matchmaking system is great

6. Amazingly deep combat

7. Equipments

8. Forge

9. Theater

10. Armors heavily affect your play style.

11. Works so well on consoles that it rivals with PC offerings

12. Very cool physics

I also find the campaign in Halo 3 to be excellent and above average.... oh shit!

It's fun, that's all I'll say. Plus being able to play as an elite, the alien race in multiplayer so much cooler than being drafted with either marine or terrorist, it's nice to be able to play as an alien as for the most part I hate humans. What tiresome creatures they are.
Plus the weapons, maps and vehicles are cool. I just like Halo 3 multiplayer, had a lot of fun with it. Especially jut private forged games I played with just my mates.

Fine then, I also seem to get double the kills of anyone I play with in any of the matches I play, except on a rare occurence when I'm playing, say, CTF, and Go for the OBJECTIVE.
Ooh, double kills. I am impressed. Seen many of these?

Or these?
Well, yeah, mostly the second one, but those are really, really easy to get when you're playing with the Halo fanbase because most of them suck.

Oh, and the number of hitpoints you have does make a difference, because, for example, a skilled player with a battle rifle will generally lose out to a retard with a needler on most of the maps Bungie made. Almost all of them are tiny, twisty, turny cavern like places with few vantage points for long range shooting. Even if you get the drop with your BR you get your ass handed to you because the needler is imbalanced and he has enough HP to survive those two headshots you landed before he turned around and raped you.

EDIT: You misunderstood me. I did NOT mean doublekill medals, I meant TWICE THE NUMBER OF KILLS of any of the morons playing.

Sand Trap, Sand Box, Assembly, Valhalla, Last Resort, Isolation, Standoff, Avalanche, Rat's Nest and The Pit would like to disagree with you on that one.

In that case, why were you approaching someone at close range when he had a needler and you had a BR? Seems like poor judgement was exercised - I find the Needler is more effective as an ambush weapon, not a defensive one, but that's just me.

You do have some quite good statistic, but your recent games - at least the ones you didn't quit out of - don't uphold your claims very well.

Edit: Interesting. In a number of games in team mythic, you and a party of people - who I assume were friends of yours - played/quit out of a number [http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStatsHalo3.aspx?gameid=1081434941&player=Kazoturkey] of [http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStatsHalo3.aspx?gameid=1081363316&player=Kazoturkey] games [http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStatsHalo3.aspx?gameid=1081546793&player=Kazoturkey] where you accumulated some very impressive medals. In fact, yourself, LolRJ and Franco112 each accumulated some very impressive medals and kill counts while your guests earned no kills whatsoever. How strange.
I guess it's pretty easy to rack up kills when your enemies stand completely still.

1. The maps you mentioned up top, are team maps. In a team game if you're playing properly there are several of you together, so it isn't an issue.

2. Small maps with lots of corners, the needler reigns supreme.

3.My friends and my sister play my profile occasionally, I personally haven't played Halo 3 in a good while, I had the Halo wars CE and they wanted to try the new maps, apart from...

4.Yeah, a couple of friends wanted achievements, I obliged because I had an extra controller and nothing better to do. What's the problem there?

The fact that against the rules and can get you banned from matchmaking? Not that you care, since Halo 3 is so awful. So awful you used the time to earn yourself come achievements as well. Good work.

Is it? I've never seen that referenced anywhere, by anyone.

One of the messages that comes up in Matchmaking refers you to bungie.net/ban, which in turn redirects you here:
http://www.bungie.net/News/content.aspx?link=H3Bans

Also, there's a long history of people being banned for it - more details here [http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=26657940&postRepeater1-p=1].

If you're cheating to get Achievements, you're still cheating. The banhammer is aimed at the behavior, not the intent. "I was just trying to get Yorick" won't get you out of the EXP ban.

Will all Halo Fanboys and Halo haters just SHUT UP?

As said millions, upon millions, of times before, can't Halo Haters just shut up and not play the game? Dont like it? That's fine. Don't play the game. Just don't go around screaming that Halo is the worse thing ever made, right after Hitler.

And halo fanboys, don't annoy Halo haters, or parade around saying Halo is the best thing ever made. Like it? Good. Play it. Have fun.

I like Halo online.Only when playing with a large group of friends however.I find it a massive chour to play it solo.
And the kids playing it get on my tits alwell.
The ranking system is pure evil, thats my main put-off.
