I liked the new characters but i thought the levels could have been a lot more interesting if the stealth wasn't crap and you weren't just having a long commute on foot everywhere.
I personally really enjoyed it as a spin-off - a different challenge to the campaign, with great visuals, plus the full, no-DLC-required multiplayer from Halo 3.AdamxD said:Fellow Escapists. I've been playing ODST recently, and just wanted to know your opinions on whether ODST should be classed as a good game.

Definitely the most atmospheric Halo game. Greatest soundtrack, too.
I enjoyed it very much.
Thirded. While it wasn't a "HOLYSHITTHISISAWESOME!" game, it was still fairly good and I enjoyed it. Hell, if I could find one or two people who'd be willing to help me get the last couple achievements I don't have for ODST (it's only three firefight ones) I'd probably be willing to play it again.Ticonderoga117 said:Seconded.RaffB said:Good Story
Good Characters
Different style to the rest of the halo games
The version I got had the multiplayer disc with all Halo 3 DLC
All good in my eyes.
