Hardest and Easiest Ocarina of Time Temple?

Haven't played it in an age, and i never actually completed it, but hardest would be whichever the one is where you fight a clone of yourself. Couln't figure out how to kill him for the life of me (People who do know (which is everyone) are going to berate me now, but to be fair, i'd only played twilight princess, and that was pretty darn easy compared to OoT)

Easiest, would be Jabu Jabu's belly. All i remember, was wandering around for a bit, killing some things, maybe solving some puzzles, and then rescuind a princess.

OT: It's been forever since I played OoT but I remember having the most trouble in the Shadow and Forest temple. That and the Spirit temple because I didn't realize you were supposed to forward and backward in time.

How did you guys find the Water Temple in TP?

Rather pleasant actually, since they fixed the boot problem. And the boss fight felt like shadow of the colossus.

FELT like, but was still far too easy, just as were all the boss fights. Some of them were creative and would have been a metric shit-ton of fun, if not for my knowledge that I wasn't in any real danger. Only Ganon really puts up much of a fight. I truly hope that Skyward Sword will be a return to Ocarina-level difficulty in boss fights.

Why does everyone hate the water temple? I don't remember having a problem with it, but I haven't played it in a while, so I may or may not have had a problem at the time.

The Wind and Earth temples in Wind Waker were pretty hard too.

Easiest-> If the first three temples count, then the Great Deku Tree. Otherwise, of the five later temples I have to say Shadow Temple was easiest for me, puzzle wise.

Hardest-> The Water Temple. Hands down. Its not even hard for a genuine reason, like the puzzles require you to think in a different way than standard Zelda Push block onto switch, or position sun just right. (While the water raising mechanic was unique, and the temple was clever). No the reason the water temple is so darn hard is because you always miss that one key the second time you raise the water level, and have to backtrack the entire temple just to find it.

That horrible water temple (at least on the original version) was the hardest I think. It's not even that it was super hard but that the level design was poor. Who would ever think to look for a time block hidden in the shadows behind a treasure box. It's retarded.

Easiest is the Deku Tree. Hardest for me the first time around was probably the Water temple (surprise), but after the 20th time playing that game, I'd probably say it's now the Gannon's Tower, if that counts.

BTW, go play Master Quest. You will never be the same.

DEFINITELY NOT the Water Temple XD I honestly don't see what was so hard about it. Yeah, changing the water level over and over was a ***** and Dark Link was a little tricky (until you figured out the proper strategy), but overall, I don't think it was the "hardest".

I think all the dungeons have just the right amount of challenge, but if I had to pick one for most challenging, it'd probably be Shadow Temple or Forest Temple (most of that is down to having to work up the courage for years and years to face Wall Masters ).

Hardest ("most annoying" rather than "hardest", really): Shadow or Forest
Easiest: Dodongo's Cavern (if you discount Inside The Great Deku Tree for being like a tutorial dungeon)

Oh my god the wallmasters scared the piss out of me, that creepy sound they made when they were about to fall on you. Now when that happens I just get pissed off and vow vengeance on the bastards (which is extremely satisfying)

I'd say Shadow Temple for hardest just cause there are so many ways to get sent back to the wrong place

Spirit temple is usually easy for me, probably because of how it's split in half. I get lost a lot in the fire temple :S
Strangely enough, last time I went through the water temple I didn't really have that much trouble.

Am I the only one who thought Jabu Jabu was hard? Mainly because I didn't know what to do and having to carry Ruto just made it annoying. Also, the official Player's Guide was pretty worthless. I had to actually consort another player's guide to figure out what to do.

It's general consensus that the Water Temple is hardest.

It's my general consensus (Do I agree? Yep, I do) that people just suck at navigating 3D environments. It's not that hard, maybe a bit boring, and you can't get stuck and have to reset the game as some people say.

The hardest IMO is the Shadow Temple. The easiest?... I remember enjoying Death Mountain so probably that one.

Easiest: The whale's stomach towards the beginning, except that giant bug (if I remember correctly).

Hardest: Forest Temple (never got passed it before selling my N64 and part of the reason I plan to buy a 3DS).

I dont really see why so many people hate the Water Temple. Sure I don't remember it very well (because I was young) but I always talk to my brother about it and we both found it pretty easy.

I actually found the water temple to be the easiest. It was a bit tedious but not hard. Even Dark Link is an easy fight if you have the Biggoron Sword.

I probably had the most problems and deaths in the Shadow Temple.

I must be weird while playing that game.

I found Fire temple hardest because the big rooms are so random and everything is red so I can't tell whats what.

Water temple was my easiest. Got through that thing in 2 hours without really feeling lost.
