The final massive alien thing in Dead Space was impossible for me.
Until I realised I should just use the weapon you get at the bloody beginning. Then it was cake. Warm delicious, alien cake..

Both fable 1 and 2 final bosses were extremely easy. The only real hard boss I can think of that I've beaten recently is prototype fighting the big monster thing that shoots green things at you.

Hardest boss for me was Wario in 6 Golden Coins. He actually was a pretty easy boss, but the level itself was ridiculously difficult after the otherwise incredibly easy game.

You guys, you guys, regarding hard bosses, there is no need to go further than IWTBTG. For those of you that don't know what IT, the grand championship of hard mudder-effing games, is, look up "I Want To Be The Guy". Just google it, download the game, try it, hate me for introducing you to it. Personaly I can't get past the first screen, let alone get to the final boss. suprisingly addictive, of course, like all games of its kind. (Be warned: even short exposure may cause auto cannibalistic frustruation.)
Easy boss: Last guy of Condemned 2. And probably the Hivemind in Dead Space, once you get the hang of it.

The first one that comes to mind is one of the final boss fights in Heavenly Sword. I just could not for the life of me get the right timing for the longest time...
Beyond Good and Evil had a final boss that was ridiculously difficult and surprisingly easy all at once. The directional controls reversing and the visuals blurring were odd, but I managed to beat the thing on my second try. Go figure.

Not sure about hardest but every single boss character in Shadow Complex is really easy. You don't even need to target their weal spots in many cases.
Hardest would be Lou on GHIII on expert, as I haven't beaten him yet!
Easiest would be Skorge from Gears 2, he looks cool, but was a piece of piss even on Insane.

The final boss was a joke... 3 nukes and it's dead, and you pretty much can't be hurt while you're aiming themwonderbanana said:

Alpha 152 in Dead or Alive 4 is also a grade A ************
