I got an A+ Rating on every single stage and mission in Sonic Adventure 2. I don't no why, but it does unlock a 3D version of Green Hill zone that's pretty cool.
I loved that 3D greenhill zone...

OT: Broly on Dragonball Z Tenkaichi. It was a long time ago, so it might not have been as hard as I remember, but I hated that fucker...

I don't know if this kind of moment is what you're talking about but I'd have to say, in Black Ops, 2 kills, 1 bullet with the Dragunov.

Let's see... Armored Core Silent Line. It's pretty dang fun, and I love making my floating robot design all the time.
Beating Diablo 2 on Normal with just Lightning as a Sorceress.
And then beating Nightmare difficulty with Lightning AND Frost. I still can't believe I beat Duriel on that difficulty without dying.

And for the record, I've almost beaten Touhou 6 on Normal with no continues. Got Remelia down to her final spell card that makes her immune to spell cards and stuff. I wish I could save state that stuff.

I'm not sure which was harder: the run up to the Reichstag in WaW on Veteran, or Mile High Club on Veteran. At one point running up to the Reichstag there was a grenade indicator from every direction of the map. PRESS R2!!!! IMO, MW2 and Blops weren't anywhere near as hard (though Blops had its moments).

Also, I beat Demon's Souls at Soul Level 30 ;3 Ranged FTW.

All Gold Medals on the GTA: San Andreas Driving School side missions, completing Myth II's 'The Stair of Grief' mission on Legendary and completing the old Warcraft III map 'Burbenog TD' on Expert.

Hardest was removing copy protection from Microsoft Flight Simulator for the original Macintosh. That coding was a total mess.

More recently beating Twin Sisters on Outland took me a couple of days. My nerves must be shot. That one fight took me longer than all of the rest of the game, and much longer than any other boss fight ever.

Heh heh heh--that and getting a mob in Alterac Valley to actually do what I told them to do for victory over the alliance.

Completing High mile club on veteran! I had to replay that mission that i know how to beat it now in my head as a step by step. It took me almost 3-4 hours replaying that and with breaks inbetween so that i didnt break the controler or the tv.

Veni, Vidi, Vici in VVVVVV. 1500 deaths, 3 and a half hours of my life I'm never getting back. I just couldn't try and get the two remaining trinkets after that.

A lot of people talked about the water slums mission in Jak 2. My friends screamed bloody murder of it. I got through...on my first try...with half health. My friends hated me after that lol. Though I guess that doesn't count for this since I had no problems.

Ya, I haven't played many HARD games, though I remember as a kid I felt REALLY accomplished when I beat the Elite 4 on my Pokemon Blue game. Not hard in reality (well, except for Lance since Dragonite was the shit in those days), but I was just a stupid kid back then.

OH OH OH! I know one! The Lion King! Seriously, go online and you'll see so many people that call the game out for being hard and cheap even on it's easier settings. Was sooooo happy when I beat it...at the age of 14. Took me about 7 years but I did it. So many ragequits, so many sleepless nights, but I got through it. And now I can get through it in 45 minutes on medium difficulty with 0-3 deaths. I've beaten it a few times on hard, but it's not a pretty sight.

Got to stage 2-4 midboss of Dodonpachi Dai-Ou-Jou Black Label with A-EXY and without continuing. Also broke my record score. Took me some time, because stage 2-3 was a huge wall for me, mainly because of the boss which is huge *****.

And other one worth of mentioning is looping Ketsui with Panzer Jaeger, which basically means that I cleared all 5 stages without bombing or continuing.

Ninja gaiden trilogy - straight playthrough with no deaths. I didn't want to be within 100 feet of a side-scroller for about 2 months afterwards.

Hmmm. Too numerous. I have lots of proud moments.

Beating Resonance of Fate. One of the hardest end bosses I've ever faced (possibly cause I was a litttllleee low level to fight him).
Beating Uncharted 2 on crushing.
Platinuming Arkham Asylum (I HATE challenge modes, so any time I beat them I feel proud), and nearly doing the same on City (just 2 campaings to go).
Completing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow on hardest diff for 110%. That game taught me to be good at brawlers. Until then I was flailing through DMC and Bayonetta like a drunken Panda on crack.
Beating Dark Souls fairly quickly and easily. Apparently Lightning Halbred + Tank armour (Havel/Smough) + unique shield = eezy breezy. I almost feel like a cheated somehow, considering how much I hear everyone else struggle.

And back in the day, completing Sonic 2 without losing a single life.
Yeah, back then we made our OWN challenges heh.

The Deus Ex: HR bosses were a *****, each victory felt like a fluke and I ended up having to lug this Heavy Machine Gun around even though I was playing stealth. Jaron Namir was the worst, his gun could kill if you left yourself in front of him for more than a few seconds. Can someone please tell me how to do the spoiler thing please???

Deadrising 2's "Zombie Genocider Master" achievement was the most grueling thing I have ever attempted. I sat down to kill 72,000 zombies over 10 hours with no breaks. I did it to get what I thought was going to be another mega-man suit like in the first one. However, since it was still very new at the time, there were no online forums to tell me that you only got one piece of an armor set. FUCK CAPCOM
