Beating Mass Effect 2 on Insanity.
Getting EVERYTHING in Spyro the Dragon done.

Beating that one worm boss in a Legend of Zelda game that kept bouncing me off the platform.

Getting all the camos in MGS3 Snake Eater. For those who don't know this can be done by defeating a boss with only using tranquilizer darts.

Gods, yes! That was the worst fight ever, and I was low on ammunition to boot.
