I feel like im goin nuts. for like the last 2 years whenever i leave my mind on idle when im not watchin tv or playing video games or somthin, some random ass violent thought or tragic event runs through my mind. like just a few min. ago my mind decided it was on idle and show myself on a stuck rollercoaster tryin to hold on to a person as they were about to fall several hundred feet. i mean wtf is wrong with me?
Same stuff happened to me. Don't worry, I saw a psychiatrist about it and it really didn't do anything for me. Just talk to people about you're problems and perhaps express more emotion. It worked for me.

I always have obsessive thoughts of anything, it can be very violent thoughts I never would do. It's just your mind making random scenarios. You get a train of thoughts, but it doesn't have any rails, it can lead anywhere.

i envision killing people all the time its better than actually doing it
im no psychiatrist but maybe you have a lot of pent up agression so you should get one of those doll thingys that stand themselves up and beat the ever living crap out of it
but thats just my opinion

If these are very vivid it could be a sign of some sort of psychosis, actually sounds like some of the symptoms of schizophrenia, which you can get medication for.

Also, I don't know anything about your history, but I know that acid users can have vivid flashbacks for the rest of your life, so if you've ever used acid or another potent halucinogen, this could be backlash from that.

All in all though, it seems like you're actually maintaining yourself quite well mentally. The fact that you're very aware of the nature of these "visions" means that you understand they are not a divine message, but instead are a fixture of the workings of your brain, and it means that you are less likely to become violent or dangerous as a result of the visions. A doctor would help a lot of course, but since we don't care enough to give people free healthcare here in the U.S. it's quite understandable that you find yourself out of luck. Just always keep in mind that the visions aren't real, and you should be fine, even if you find yourself emotionally jarred by them at times.
