None of this has ever happened to me. Well maybe a couple of times but I probably don't remember.
By a dog once, by a girl a couple of time and by a guy we where trying to drunkenly hogtie once.

Two characters in a certain game spontaneously inspired me to wonder if the human jaw is shaped right to wrap around a person's throat and strong enough to strangle them. It was the angriest moment of my life.
Never got close to it in real life, though. I do occasionally reflect and get the urge to bite someone, and testing on myself leads to me to suspect I could probably even do some damage, but I've never had occasion or inclination for scientific testing.

When I was six years old, on the first day of year one (or first grade or whatever everyone calls it where they're from) I got into a fight with another kid, because the grass had been freshly mowed and we were playing in it, and eh stole my grass. So I bit his shoulder. 
This one complete Psycho in my school once bit my arm for about 5 seconds, just because I touched his iPod to look at what he was playing (I had one of the ear phones on. Therefore, he couldn't really say i was being nosy).
Also from the same guy: Whipping everyone with his earphones (really painful), stapling the back of my hand about 4 times (followed by the back of my head), and just generally being really sadistic. He worries me.

I've been bitten once that I can remember. It was at a Subway in some random town. At the time, I was a part of a concert tour with a youth brass band and we had stopped for lunch on the way to our next gig. I was with a group of cornet players (never a good sign) when one of them asked me for a bit of my sub. After making a non-committal grunt (I was eating at the time) she asked me "You don't have any infectious diseases, right?" to which I replied "No, not yet at least." Then she bit me on the arm
