So I am told. What annoys me is that the videogame in question is terible, and therefore the name of Dante's Inferno will be forever associated with a bad game.

As if they need to do a publicity stunt at E3. They are aware that gamers don't live in undersea caves, right?

Is it a bad game? I'll admit I think it looks dumb but I dont know if what you say makes sense. This poem is an old as shit classic and they made a game that follows the story that it tells. Dante's Inferno will always be associated with being an epic/classic poem. They make movies and games from literature all the time dude. The Brothers Grimm ruined fairytales for me and soiled the good name of Mother Goose! A horrible movie but noone cares. It flopped and was forgotten and I'm sure fairy tales are told out there are told without a thought of that movie.
