Help/advise with fallout 3

Ok, I'm in Rivet city in fallout 3 and this one guy really annoys me. Is their a way to kill him without turning the entire city against me? I don't care about the Karma of it, I just want to kill this guy without being turned upon.

I've tried the olde reverse pick pocket and shooting him with a silenced gun whilst hidden but they always cotton on, so is their a way?

Wait until he gets in his room alone and close the door, then kill him. I haven't played in a while but I think everyone will be unaware.

Just some annoying idiot who spouts the same one liners and you only have one option. I keep all saves I make anyway so if it comes to it I can always load that.

Kill him, leave the town, fast wait three days, come back.

That's really all you need to do, if I remember correctly.

Very easy mode. you should easily be able to kill anything that comes at you as a result of the kill. I reccomend pants explosion.

I'm gun skilled enough to do that anyways, the point is I have use for the others so I allow them to live, if they get hostile then I can't allow them to live now can I?

Well I dunno if you're going for good or bad karma, but (spoiler for an insignificant Rivet citizen) he's hunting after an escaped slave. I can't remember her name, but I believe a asian woman with a rag on her head, who is an escaped slave, thinks that he is after her (he is not), so you can give her money to buy a gun for good karma, or tattle her out to Sister for bad karma.

I massacred Rivet City and a few 'days' later, they let me back in with "I'm watching you." nonsense.

Best bets are usually silenced weapon kills in hidden/alone rooms.

I got really annoyed when I couldn't slaughter kids... Those who annoy me deserve to die unless they're usefull, the kids generally annoy me and arn't usefull, they deserve to die.

ok why? I know he's just a virtual character but are you really going to go to all that trouble and spend all that time just trying to kill someone who annoys you? even if your playing an evil character your time would be better spent killing random caravaners
