I got away with killing loads of people in Rivet City with that Mister Sandman perk that allows you to kill people while they're asleep.

ok why? I know he's just a virtual character but are you really going to go to all that trouble and spend all that time just trying to kill someone who annoys you? even if your playing an evil character your time would be better spent killing random caravaners

Because I play RPGs as choices I would make, I've actually got very good karma but do the occasional bad thing since I'm not a 2D all good or all bad character. Also not really a waste of time is it since all I'm really doing by doing this is extending a game I'm really enjoying.

If you delete your patch, you can do it on kids. Since they can't be killed, they're essentially an infinite source of XP.

First time I played Fallout 3, I killed everyone everywhere and stole everything I could find. Went to Megaton, got the fission thing from Burke, planted it, killed everyone in Megaton, took EVERYTHING from their homes and dead bodies, slowly made my way over to Tenpenny tower, blew up Megaton, killed Burke, killed Tenpenny.

Just out of curiosity, who was it exactly?

Sister, was playing the big "oh you don't want to mess with me", yeah screw you with a grenade up your ass buddy.

Oh fuck him. I got a mod that marks his character as evil for being a slaver.

Then he sadly passed away from a combination of contaminated river water and a shotgun to the face.

Pro tip:bring a companion, attack the person you want dead, put up your weapon, the companion will take care of the person usually with no consequences.

Worked for me most of the time, that or I just enslaved the person I didn't like

Already gave her the money for the gun but the guy annoyed me which is a capital crime.

Kill him and run out of the city doors, then jump into the water swim away. come back in a few days and it will be forgotten.

Sounds like this is your first playthrough hope it wasn't a quest character.

Just some annoying idiot who spouts the same one liners and you only have one option. I keep all saves I make anyway so if it comes to it I can always load that.

Good Good but be careful if you ever decide to clean up your save files. I accidently deleted my first character and that was no fun. But there were a few new things i found in the game with the second character like a suit of T-51b in the main game.

Edit: OH NO NO NO if it's that surfer "dude" type guy your talking about don't kill him you actually need him for the T-51b power armour quest. To get the four or five keys? If it isn't then never mind.
