I want to not die by age 30 (ulp, only 11 years to turn that around), so I'm trying to find eating guides and charts, stuff on the best ways to exercise, stuff like that.

Can anyone help me? Websites, advice, anything?

Simply reduce the booze in, increase the fruit and veg in, reduce the red meat in, and cut any cigarettes in.

As for exercise, as mad as it sounds, so long as you aren't eating way too many calories, walking about 45 to 60 minutes continuously a day works fine for me.

I only drink 2-3 bottles of cider a week, I really do hate meat, but my mother serves it anyway... yes, I do think I'll increase fruit intake and I don't smoke.

Would running up and down a flight of stairs for a whole hour work? I don't like going outside... what with the people.

I'm doing well, but my diet is strictly limited to rice, fish, and tea (with occasional exceptions). I drink about a bottle of sake (the slim serving bottles, not an actual bottle full), and I walk for about a mile and a half each day. I'm quite healthy because of it.

Work out, eating healthy will only get you so far. Find a program on TV that you like(one that's on every day) and watch it while doing sit ups or running on a treadmill or something. This is what I personnally do, It definetly helps if you have at least a little bit of excercise equipment. Above all just make a schedule and stick to it, It is up to you to find what works best for you.

Well I eat anything I want basically, and have about the equivalent of four meals a day, plus snacks. But I do play one/two rugby games a week, and go to training two-four times a week, and I play football casually with my friends about once a week.

So basically, I say, as long as you get enough exercise you can eat anything you want really.

I doubt anyone is capable of dying by age 30 without being extremely obese (Like maybe 120> KG?), having flaws in their organs or incurable diseases like cancer, or having an accident.

You'll be okay as long as you do a little exercise and enjoy your life... Most diets are bull shit.
Um, I hate to admit this but... I'm 18 stone, so, I'm quite worried for my health.

Your own neighbourhood is your best place to get started. Brisk walking around the place will get you going, and if there's a park nearby, you can use the monkey bars for pull-ups. Pushups at home are great to build some lean upper-body muscle, and can be done a couple times a day.

Your not really giving much information here so it is kind of hard to recommend anything specific. You make it sound like you have a serious health condition or are seriosuly overweight. Then again I'm no health expert so I can only recommend what I said above.

Allow me to put it like this: I became anti-social at age 12, spent seven years playing video games and not eating right... I need to restore myself, for fear of death.

Here we go.

SWIM

Running ruins your knees, biking is bad for your man parts. Swimming exercises the entire body because of the different techniques you can use, plus there is no hard stress on any particular point. Check out you local ymca/gym/whatever and check out the times for swimming laps. I would also recommend a few lessons so you get the proper techniques down.

Also, eat less crap. Honestly, you won't miss the chips and pop that much.

So your 19? The only thing I can really tell you is to follow a healthy diet (Not any of the programs though, those are all scams.) And to get regular exercise. I swim in the summer, play water polo/football in the fall, swim in the winter and run track in spring. I eat like a horse but still stay healthy.

You are probably self-conscious about going to a gym (Sorry if that offends your or anything) but I promise you that no one will make fun of you. I'll be blunt, it's going to be hard to loose all the weight and stay healthy, but i assure you that you will be proud of yourself and your overall quality of life will be better if you tough it out.

I'll be blunt again, the seven years that you did little to no exercise and ate crap food caused problems in your heart. All of the extra shit caused little plaque's to form in your arteries. These plaque's are completely normal, everyone has them, but it's safe to assume you have an irregular amount of them. If these plaques continue to grow they could break and cause the red blood cells around it to clot. The clotting causes blood flow to be reduced, and if no medical attention is sought, stopped. This process is more commonly referred to as a Heart Attack.

I guess if you really wanted to you could do this but an hour is probably to lofty of a goal to start out. Going up and down stairs is more demanding than simply running, and most people can't run non stop for an hour. So start with a lower time (10-15 minutes) and make each session longer as you get into better shape.

Stop being a fat vampire and get some sun (sweet vitamin D)!!! It works better if you achieve level 20 and get the Solar Powered Perk first. And, um, I'm not familiar with the English system, so how heavy is one stone again?

Isn't having a strict and limiting diet just as, if not more, unhealthy than eating all types of food? Doesn't limited intake cause other problems such as malnourishment?

Cut out the fast food. Eat breakfast (or simply drink a nice smoothie). Start a workout routine and stick to it. Get some sleep. Take a multivitamin. Never start smoking (you will lose weight, but it's the worst thing you can do for your health).

Fat... vampire? What? I've got fucking Autism, which causes me not be, how you might say... awkward in social situations and when you're awkward at something, you tend to get discouraged from doing it.

Now, since that was never addressed (social services around here are a joke), this escalated, now I'm unhealthy. So, I decided "I've had a-fucking-nuff, I'm not waiting for some incompetent government servant to help me, I'm going to do it myself".

So, what I am seeking is not critque of my social skills or my weight, but simply, if someone could help me with this whole thing with website links or advice.

Infact, it would be great if I could find a website with like a "meal schedule" or something, listing a balanced diet over the course of a week, which I follow for the rest of my life and enjoy the benefits of being healthy because of.

Sigh...
