Be sure to drink plenty of water, because it'll help you rid your body of toxins, and it'll replenish you. Plus, it can help make you feel full for a bit.
If you can drink ice water, then you'll be able to burn more calories just by sitting on your ass! Eight cups of water will burn 64 calories because your body has to expend energy warming it. Times that by seven days, and you'll have burned 448 calories, which is about a 1 hour jog.
As for a 'meal plan' , I wouldn't use one. Instead, just make a point to eat, and snack healthier. You can start of easy by giving up fast food, and taking a couple minutes making a tuna sandwich, which is rich in protein, and has omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for your body. Find some fruits, and vegetables that you like the taste of, and eat a few servings a day. The worst thing you can do is starve yourself, or adhere to a meal plan because that'll make you feel horrible, and you're likely to go back to old habits.
If you're doing exercises, go for ones that get your circulation going, as well as some that can help tone you; pushups, are always a great start, and they can be done anywhere. Don't shoot for a big weightlifting workout or anything, because that's pretty ambitious. Write down your progress, so you can see how you've progressed, and you'll feel better about yourself. =D
