There's something that's been bothering me ever since Wednesday this week... I think my insomnia is gone. This is horrible! I'm getting tired at normal times! I'm sleeping more than 6 hours on weekdays! I'm feeling a little more rested on said weekdays! This completely screws me over. I always do the work I'm supposed to do at night because I can't sleep anyway, so it makes it easy to get everything done. Now my work will go unfinished or finished under a half asleep haze!

Help me Escapists; how can I get my insomnia back?

Drink lots of coffee, get depressed, and for gods sake, don't talk to Brad Pitt

He will solve all your problems

Consume at least twenty cups of coffee a day.
Stay away from bananas, turkey, and any other food that would help with melatonin distribution.
Whenever you are about to fall asleep, stand up and pick a fight with something. Does not necessarily have to be animate.
It should come back soon enough.

Or, you know. You could just enjoy being able to sleep.
Either way.

So much Coffee talk. That's great and all, but caffeine will only keep me awake for an hour, tops if I use it to keep myself up that way. I want my insomnia to return, the one that would keep me awake no matter the situation as long as something was on my mind.

And I'll make sure to keep away from Brad Pitt...

Sit on ass all day, your legs should become restless, and sleep impossible.
I already do that though. It doesn't help me.

Amphetamine?
While that'd be great, I don't really want to become a druggy...

FInd something to keep your hands and body busy...like playing a sandbox style game and spending your time finidng all the little hidden items. Or you can inject yourself with a pure sample of Mountain Dew.

But in reality be glad you can sleep at normal intervals that's healthy for a normal human body y'know

Five Hour Energy Drink.

Or you could just stay up. It's not that hard, I do it all the time.

I get the opposite problem man, when I get insomnia I can't stand it, I only know ways to help combat it! (Which, to be honest, seldom work.)

An MP3-player stuffed to the brim with Scandinavian metal.
Yes, loud Metal does help most of the time, but I want a simple way to get my natural insomnia back. Plus, I can't really read a book and listen to metal at the same time.

Yea, but that's the problem. I've lost my ability to 'just stay up'. I could do it all the time before Wednesday, but now that ability is gone.
